Dear Sirs,

In consideration of you releasing for delivery to us or to our order the under mentioned goods of which we claim to be the rightful owners, without production of the relevant Bill(s) of Lading (not as yet in our possession), we hereby undertake and kind whatsoever directly or indirectly arising from or relating to the said delivery and to reimburse you on demand for all payments which you may made or be called upon to make in respect of such consequences and/or liabilities including cost as between solicitor and client and all or any sums demanded by you for the defense of any proceedings brought against you by reason of the delivery aforesaid.

And we further agree upon demand to pay and freight and/or General Average and/or charges due on the goods aforesaid (if being expressly agreed and understood that all liens shall subsist and be unaffected by the terms hereof).

And we further undertake and agree that immediately when the Bill(s) of Lading is (are) received by us we will deliver the same to you fully endorsed.
